White onyx varieties are obtained both from Turkey and from Iranian quarries. White Onyx marble slabs priced according to the vein structure they contain and the most valuable White Onyx marble slabs are the ones which have no veins on the stone surface and purest white background. While White Iranian onyx is attracting buyers at very high prices White Onyxes obtained from Turkish quarries are finding buyers at more affordable prices. White Onyx marbles, which is generally evaluated in boutique projects, attracts a great deal of attention from abroad. White onyx, which is sold as slab to different countries of the world, mainly the American market and the Middle East market, is generally sold as a block to the Chinese market. Because White Onyxes are evaluated as well fromed onyx species their light transmittance is quite high.
